ALL orders over $49 get FREE FedEx Home Delivery within the Continental U.S. only. For orders under $49, you pay a $4 flat rate. Free shipping does not apply to 2-Day, Next Day or items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's or PO Boxes. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. We offer affordable flat rates for several expedited shipping options, regardless of order value. See rate chart below for details.

KestrelMeters.com requires a Direct Signature for all FedEx shipping services. This means FedEx will obtain a signature from an authorized person over 18 at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery. Direct Signature Required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses.

*Some exceptions apply. Orders place before 4 pm EDT may not ship that day for reasons including but not limited to: credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, USPS shipments, inventory availability, and drop ship orders direct from the manufacturer.

Express Shipping

If you would like your order shipped via Next Day or Saturday Delivery, please make that selection at checkout. Express shipping charges are flat rates as outlined in the above chart. As stated above, we do our best to process every order received before 4:00 Eastern Time on weekdays but we offer no guarantee that your order will go out the same day. Your items will ship the day they are processed and not necessarily the day the order is placed. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.) United States Postal Service

Items shipped via U.S. Mail will be charged according to weight and box dimensions (this includes APO orders). Please select 'US Post Office' option at checkout. For all other shipping methods, please contact us at info@NicheRetail.com to receive a price quote.

International Shipping

We currently do NOT ship to addresses outside of the United States.

APO Shipping

We are glad to ship to APOs if possible (some boxes are too big). Shipment will be via US Postal Service Priority mail, insured with return receipt service. APO items are shipped via U.S. Mail and will be charged according to weight and box dimensions. As you know, APO service can (and will) take a long time for delivery. We have no way to track the package after shipment. We will not consider the package lost until 8 weeks after it has shipped; at that time we will file for an insurance claim of a lost shipment (Make sure to check with you local APO / Post Office, we've found lost packages are usually behind the counter). We will not ship a replacement package until we have settled the insurance claim.

Federal Express Claims

KestrelMeters.com promises to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.

KestrelMeters.com will assist customers with filing a Federal Express claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, KestrelMeters.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Federal Express about any loss or delivery disputes as per our Risk of Loss statement. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their Credit Card Company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with Federal Express, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

Credit Card Processing

This Site is a subsidiary of NicheRetail, LLC , and all credit card processing will be performed by Niche Retail, LLC. The charge on your statement will appear from KestrelMeters.com. We verify all billing addresses with Credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the Credit card record, we will contact you. To pay by check, please print out the order form.

All Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax. All Minnesota residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax.
